the product in front of the ear using a cannula. To rehang the
tissues, I inject along the jawline from in front of the ear down
to the bottom of the chin, which redefines the oval.
The amount of hyaluronic acid injected is adapted according
to how saggy the skin is, how much fat has been lost, and the
patient’s budget.

Intense est particulièrement intéressant car il est à la fois
élastique et projetant. J’injecte 3 points sur la zone de la pommette,
puis je prends le relais à la canule pour faire un balayage
devant l’oreille. Je continue avec une jolie ligne de retension en
suivant la mâchoire depuis sa partie haute (devant l’oreille),
jusqu’à sa partie antérieure à la base du menton, ce qui permet
de redéfinir l’ovale.
La quantité d’acide hyaluronique sera modulée en fonction de
l’importance du relâchement, de la fonte graisseuse du patient
et de son budget.
Chez les patients plus jeunes et en particulier les millenials,
l’embellissement passe par une injection légère de Belotero ®
Volume sur la queue du sourcil et les pommettes, dans l’esprit
du highlighting des maquilleurs, en jouant sur la lumière
au-dessus des pommettes et sur l’ombre en dessous. Cela
donnera aussi un aspect affiné à la partie basse du visage. Un
petit bolus peut être placé en haut du sillon nasogénien et en
soutien de la bouche pour remettre de la lumière et prévenir
l’hypercontractilité musculaire comme on le fait avec la toxine
botulique.
In younger patients, in particular Millennials, I perform small
injections of Belotero ® Volume into the tail of the eyebrow
and the cheekbones, in the same way as make-up artists use a
highlighter, playing with the way the light catches the top of the
cheekbones and creates a shadow underneath. This also refines
the lower part of the face. I might place a small bolus at the top
of the nasolabial fold and one to support the mouth, to catch the
light and prevent the muscles from over-contracting, just like we
do with botulinum toxin.
In more mature patients, I use Belotero ® Intense to anchor the
tissues and project the cheekbones. In the chin, the product’s
elasticity and projecting ability allow me to reshape a weak chin
or make it look more square and masculine. This also reduces
the mentalis muscle’s activity and gets rid of any orange-peel
effect.
Because the product is quite firm, it is good for placing in the
oval of the face to rehang the tissues and make the oval more
defined and more dynamic.
Belotero ® Volume injected into the temple will fill any hollowing,
and into the Charpy fat pads will open up the expression by
lifting the tail of the eyebrow. Gently massaging the area after
treatment enables us to position the product correctly so that
it integrates the tissues properly. Your friends and family should
just think (and tell you!) that you look really well, fresh and
awake, and that you haven’t aged a bit!
I always round off my treatments by addressing the skin quality.
I perform a mesotherapy treatment using Belotero ® Revive,
which boosts the skin’s radiance and makes the patient look
lovely and healthy.
Chez les patients plus matures, je privilégie Belotero ® Intense
pour ancrer les tissus, et pour obtenir une bonne projection
de la pommette. Sur le menton son élasticité et son pouvoir
projetant permettent de redessiner un menton fuyant, ou de
rendre un menton plus carré pour le masculiniser. Cela va aussi
calmer le muscle mentalis et enlever l’aspect peau d’orange.
Sa fermeté lui permet également de bien se placer dans l’ovale
du visage pour le retendre et lui redonner des courbes fermes
et dynamiques.
Belotero ® Volume placé sur la tempe va pallier le creusement,
et sur le coussinet de Charpy afin d’ouvrir le regard en élevant
la queue du sourcil. Un massage doux en fin de traitement
permet de bien placer le produit pour qu’il s’intègre aux tissus.
L’entourage doit juste penser (et vous dire !) que vous avez
bonne mine, que vous avez l’air en forme et pas fatiguée, et que
décidément, avec les années vous ne changez pas !
Je n’oublie pas de finaliser mes soins en prenant en charge
la qualité de la peau avec un traitement de mésothérapie au
Belotero ® Revive qui donnera à la peau de l’éclat et un aspect
« healthy » très recherché aujourd’hui.
