Etape 3 : Augmentation du volume du menton avec 1 ml de
médicament à base d’acide hyaluronique Belotero Volume.
Nous avons utilisé une canule 22G-50 mm. Le filler est administré
par une injection périostée sous la cavité du muscle
mentonnier (Figure 2).
La photo 4 montre le résultat après la série des traitements.
La photo 5 présente le résultat final.
Il est nécessaire de souligner que la médecine esthétique est
la science appliquée à la prévention d’un vieillissement prématuré
et au traitement des signes naturels du vieillissement.
Elle repose sur une bonne connaissance de la physionomie du
visage. Aujourd’hui les patients souhaitent un visage naturel et
cette demande peut être atteinte grâce aux compétences d’un
médecin esthétique qui saura ainsi harmoniser un visage.

Ptosis of the perimandibular fat compartment is the main reason
for the formation of “jowls” and changes of the face shape.
To prevent further ptosis of the facial soft tissues and
aggravation of “jowls” in this patient, the Light Lift Needle
2G method was chosen in the lower third of the face.
Material: P (LA/CL) thread USP 2/0 with notches directed
to the center, 500 mm long – 2 pcs, attached to trihedral
pricking double-edged needles 1.2x100 mm – 4 pcs.
Technique
The marking was carried out with a black medical marker
(Picture 3). The purpose of the marking is to maintain or
give symmetry to the right and left sides of the face.
After the procedure, a slight asymmetry was observed for a
week. Swelling and redness disappeared within a few days
after the procedure.
Stage 3. Augmentation of the chin area with 1 ml of Belotero
Volume hyaluronic acid drug.
The instrument for drug administration: 22G-50 mm cannula.
The drug is introduced periosteally under the venter of the
chin muscle. (Figure 2).
Picture 4 shows the result after a set of procedures.
Picture 5 presents the result of the work.
In conclusion, it should be mentioned that cosmetology is
the applied science of preventing premature and treating
natural signs of aging. The basis is a good knowledge of the
geometry of the face and its proportions. The trend of the
modern face is naturalness and genuineness. Such a result
of the work can be received by the cosmetologist who knows
how to harmonise the face.
