Quelques mots sur les fils tenseurs et l’acide hyaluronique
?
Les fils tenseurs utilisés pour le Soft Ponytail sont résorbables.
Progressivement « digérés » par l’organisme, ils provoquent
une réaction inflammatoire qui stimule la production de collagène
à l’origine d’une redentification naturelle de la peau. Le
résultat dure environ deux ans.
L’acide hyaluronique, découvert il y a une cinquantaine d’années
dans le traitement d’un problème articulaire du genou est
naturellement présent dans l’organisme. C’est lui qui assure le
rebondi de la peau et la fraîcheur du teint. Malheureusement,
le corps en en produisant de moins en moins au fil du vieillissement,
son action s’amenuise. L’acide hyaluronique de synthèse
peut alors prendre le relais. Ses effets durent environ un an.
Vous avez dit « indolore » ?
Quasiment, grâce au traitement anesthésiant appliqué avant la
séance. Certaines patientes peuvent cependant éprouver une
sensation de tiraillement qui disparaît assez vite.
Après la séance, on observe parfois un petit œdème ou
quelques hématomes. Par prudence, je préconise toujours de
prévoir deux ou trois jours d’éviction sociale alors qu’il faut
compter cinq semaines d’arrêt pour un Ponytail Lift. Mais, la
plupart retourne travailler dès le lendemain.
Les résultats immédiatement visibles sont vraiment parfaits
après la retouche, trois semaines plus tard.

Not really. The Soft Ponytail requires a wealth of experience
in aesthetic medicine, good knowledge of the anatomy, great
technical prowess and an aesthetic eye, as it is very easy to fall
into the trap of exaggeration or asymmetry.
What can you tell us about tensor threads and hyaluronic
acid?
The tensor threads used for the Soft Ponytail are resorbable.
They are gradually “digested” by the body and trigger an
inflammatory reaction that stimulates collagen production,
causing the skin to naturally become denser. The results last
around two years.
Hyaluronic acid, which was discovered around fifty years ago
when treating a knee joint issue, is naturally present in the
body. It is what makes the skin plump and makes the complexion
look fresh. Unfortunately, the body produces less and
less as we age, so its action decreases. Synthetic hyaluronic
acid can be used as a replacement. Its effects last around a
year.
You say it’s “pain-free”?
Practically pain-free, thanks to the anaesthetic applied before
the procedure. Some patients still feel a tugging sensation,
though it fades away quickly.
After the session, we sometimes see a bit of swelling or bruising.
As a precaution, I always recommend two or three days’
downtime, whereas you would need five weeks off for a Ponytail
Lift. But most patients go back to work the next day.
The results are visible immediately after the procedure and
look absolutely perfect after the touch-up session, three weeks
later.
