En chirurgie, le mini-lifting ou soft-lifting est de plus en plus
pratiqué à partir de 40-45 ans car il correspond exactement à la
demande des patientes : efficacité chirurgicale, suites minimes
avec un résultat naturel préservant la personnalité du visage.
Concernant les fils tenseurs, leur utilisation isolée est souvent
insuffisante pour traiter le relâchement cutané de l’ovale et
du cou.
Mais l’apparition de fils crantés introduits à l’aide de canule a

On peut ainsi comparer l’utilisation des fils crantés aux tiges
d’aciers utilisées dans le béton armé : davantage de fixation et
de tenue dans le temps !
L’excédent cutané ainsi que les vagues qui limitent les résultats
habituels des fils disparaissent alors grâce à l’association avec
le mini-lifting.
La procédure se réalise sous anesthésie locale ou très légère
sédation sans anesthésie générale. Elle dure deux heures et
permet une sortie immédiate avec de simples Steristrip sur
les petites cicatrices autour des oreilles. Le shampooing est
possible le lendemain et la reprise des activités peut se faire
entre 3 à 5 jours.
De plus, il est tout à fait possible de réitérer cette procédure
après plusieurs années sans altérer la personnalité et les caractéristiques
de chaque visage.
Feel-lift peut aussi s’envisager chez des personnes plus âgées
ne souhaitant pas recourir à une anesthésie générale mais
soucieuse d’améliorer et de corriger le relâchement du visage.

light sedation, with no need for a general anaesthetic. It takes
two hours and the patient can go home immediately afterwards,
with some simple butterfly stitches (Steri-Strips) closing
the small incisions around the ears. They can shampoo their
hair the following day and can get back to normal life after
3 to 5 days.
Furthermore, this procedure can be repeated after several
years without altering the personality or features of the face.
