The course is envisaged for the students of professional study programme Professional Education Teacher<br />

of Music. The aim of the course: to prepare specialists who could teach piano playing in children’s music<br />

schools, music secondary schools, cultural and educational institutions, as well as general piano playing in<br />

high school music faculties.<br />

The tasks of the course: 1) to provide the future piano teachers with necessary knowledge, skills and<br />

abilities in the field of methodology of teaching piano playing;<br />

2) to form an integrated system of viewpoints on the process of teaching piano playing;<br />

3) to help the future piano teachers to solve problems during pedagogical activity, as well as to help to<br />

generalize and systematize their pedagogical experience.<br />
