— IVAN TOMASELLI — O PPCI tem como objetivo proteger a vida dos ocupantes, as edificações e outros ativos, através de ações que evitam a propagação do fogo e reduzem a incidência e os danos materiais causados em uma situação de incêndio. O PPCI é responsável pela adequação correta dos sistemas de combate ao fogo, como os equipamentos, extintores, reservas de água e estações de bombeamento, sinalizações e demais equipamentos para prevenção e proteção contra incêndio. Este projeto tem padrões definidos, deve ser preparado por profissional especializado e devidamente habilitado, que assume e anota a responsabilidade técnica. O projeto é analisado e aprovado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros. Capacitação/Qualificação Técnica A capacitação da mão de obra para atender uma determinada demanda de qualificação técnica é fundamental para melhorar a produtividade e ganhar competitividade nas diversas fases das operações industriais. No entanto, existem também casos em que exigências legais específicas demandam qualificação técnica para exercerem determinada atividade na operação industrial. Na indústria florestal, um dos exemplos mais frequentes é o operador de caldeira. Se não existirem operadores qualificados e habilitados disponíveis na região, é normalmente necessário buscar forma de capacitar e habilitar antes da partida, o que requer um determinado prazo. Alvará de Construção e Funcionamento Uma das exigências dos governos municipais são os alvarás de construção e o de funcionamento. O alvará de construção depende da aprovação de projetos básicos do empreendimento, normalmente denominados de “projetos legais”, junto à prefeitura. A análise e aprovação é feita por profissionais do governo municipal, que consideram as particularidades do projeto, a legislação aplicável do município e também de outros aspectos, como a localização do empreendimento. Em um projeto industrial, a localização é um fator importante. Na fase de definição da microlocalização, deve ser analisado o zoneamento, 146

Concluída a implantação antes da partida, é necessário obter junto ao governo municipal o alvará de funcionamento para a unidade industrial. 147
