Company has <strong>for</strong>ecast (in the Status Quo scenario) that an additional meter reader will be<br />

required in each <strong>of</strong> 2014, 2017, 2020, 2023, 2026, 2029, and 2032. Each <strong>of</strong> these additional<br />

meter readers are accompanied by an associated increase in non-labour support, vehicle and<br />

handheld support. As a result, savings attributed to the Company’s proposed AMI Project grow<br />

disproportionally (more than the 1.8 percent inflation rate) in those years as noted in the<br />

question.<br />
