FortisBC does not have rate projections out to 2030, however, it is the difference between the
on-peak and off-peak price that most affects potential bill impacts. For illustrative purposes, an
on-peak rate of $0.11 / kWh is used in all years, as the rate used does not impact the savings.
Using the Annual Energy Sales for Residential Customers found at page 45 of the Navigant
