<strong>FortisBC</strong> does not have rate projections out to 2030, however, it is the difference between the<br />

on-peak and <strong>of</strong>f-peak price that most affects potential bill impacts. For illustrative purposes, an<br />

on-peak rate <strong>of</strong> $0.11 / kWh is used in all years, as the rate used does not impact the savings.<br />

Using the Annual Energy Sales <strong>for</strong> Residential Customers found at page 45 <strong>of</strong> the Navigant<br />

report and residential load growth projections out to 2030, yields the following results.
