A set of on-peak/ off-peak rates that provides revenue neutrality to the January 1, 2012 flat rate,
given forecast 2012 residential load, 40% on-peak consumption and a $0.00527 on-peak/offpeak
differential is,
• On-peak $0.09763 per kWh; and
• Off-peak $0.09236 per kWh.
The effect of a shift of 10% of consumption from the on-peak to off-peak time periods is
summarized in the table below. The savings in the scenario provided by the Commission is 22
cents per month.
