A set <strong>of</strong> on-peak/ <strong>of</strong>f-peak rates that provides revenue neutrality to the January 1, 2012 flat rate,<br />

given <strong>for</strong>ecast 2012 residential load, 40% on-peak consumption and a $0.00527 on-peak/<strong>of</strong>fpeak<br />

differential is,<br />

• On-peak $0.09763 per kWh; and<br />

• Off-peak $0.09236 per kWh.<br />

The effect <strong>of</strong> a shift <strong>of</strong> 10% <strong>of</strong> consumption from the on-peak to <strong>of</strong>f-peak time periods is<br />

summarized in the table below. The savings in the scenario provided by the Commission is 22<br />

cents per month.<br />
