might fall where thorns grew along with, <strong>and</strong> more<br />

rapidly than, it. And so it would, indeed, show<br />

promise <strong>of</strong> fruit; <strong>the</strong> com might appear in <strong>the</strong> ear;<br />

but that fruit would not come to ripeness (* bring<br />
