authority as <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r two classes. Tn fur<strong>the</strong>r<br />

confirmation <strong>of</strong> our view <strong>the</strong> following may be<br />

quoted : * A Oezerah (i.e. this third class <strong>of</strong><br />

ordinances) is not to be laid on <strong>the</strong> congregation,<br />
