whitish. Beneath medium rcddishbrowll to fuscous; entire undersurface medially<br />
yellowish-gray, on sterna lnterally broadly brownish, this continues on to stcrnit..cs<br />
where it is morc or less broken into indistinct, irregular macui!Le; sterna at sides<br />

ment DaS31 halvea paler; seape paler, with grayish or tawny pubescence, at apex<br />
with :m irregular, dark brown macula; from fourth with basal halves gmyish pubes<br />
cent, apical halves dark brown pubescent.<br />
Bend above minutely alutaccous, with a median impressed line from occiput<br />
to just below middle on front; front 8ubquadrate, sides neMly straight, very feebly<br />
narrower at epistoma, di£k with scattered, coarse punctures; genae elongate, sur<br />
face finely alut,aceous, with II few coarse punctures; eye with lower lobe oblong<br />
ovate, subequal to gena in length; antennal tubercles prominent, only very feebly<br />
produced at apex. Pronotum transverse, sides nearly straight, frebly oblique, a<br />
small tubercle at middle placed ncar proeoxal cavities; apex !!lightly narrower than<br />
base; b.,sal and IIpical transverse sulci broad and shallow, bas:11 one oblique later<br />
lilly; disk with five tubercles, onc at middle, elongate, feebly elevated, from basal<br />
sulcus to just beyond middle, one either side of middle more apical, small, rounded<br />
and more elevated, one either side slightly more lateral, transverse and well ele<br />
vated; entire disk with scattered coarse punctures. Scutellum t·ransvcrse, sides<br />
straight, oblique, apex subtruncate, sometimes notched medially. Elytra with sides<br />
llearly straight, feebly attenuate apically; apices each rounded ; each eiytron at base<br />
with a well-dcfined gibbNity, disk on bal half with coarse, deep, well-spaced punc<br />
tures, sometimes those nearest base are granulate-punctnte, remaining half of disk<br />
somewhat more finely punct:l.te; humeri prominent, anterior margin moderately arcu<br />
ate, angle with a large, very obtuse tubercle. Prosternum narrow, very gradually<br />
widened beh.ind procoxae ; mesosternal process broad, only very slightly widened<br />
apicnl1y, where it is bilobedly emarginate; fifth sternite nhout balf again as long as<br />
fourth, broadly rounded apically. Procoxae globo:e, internally with a very small<br />
but distinct tubercle; prolemora robwt, very gradually clavate from base, baS311y<br />
with only a few transverse rugosities, remaining femora more abruptly clavate ;<br />
