simply, coarsely, and closely punctate, gibbosities either side at. base very feeble<br />
and broad. Prosternum simple, broad, slightly narrowed anteriorly; mesosternal<br />
process broad, emarginate laterally, apex broad, very deeply bilobedly emnrginate.<br />
Legs long; procoxae globose, uncate in male, obtusely tuberculate in female ; femora<br />
elongate, slightly robust, gradually elavate; meso- and metatibiae expanded apicilly<br />
in male; protarsi dilated in male. Antennae one and one-half to one and two<br />
thirds times as long as body in mnle, slightly longer than body in female; scape<br />
elongate, slender, reaching beyond middle of pronotum; third segment moderately<br />
bisinuate, one and one-third times length of first; eleventh much longer than<br />

and pronotum piceous, e1ytra dark reddish-brown; all over grayish-yellow to dull<br />
fulvous pubescent and with brown or brownish pubescence as foJlows: Head mottled<br />
on vertex and on front, the brown predominating on front. Pronotum more or<br />
less variegated medially and with small, scattered, round maculae. Scutellum at<br />
middle with a narrow vitta. Elytra with a large, common, triangular spot basally,<br />
the base of which extends from humerus to humerus and tho apex attaining<br />
middle of ely,tea. at suture, the paler pubescence condensed to fonn several fine<br />
lines on C3ch elytron behind middle. Benea'th piceous or black, sterna densely<br />
covered with grayish-yellow or dull fulvous pubescence; abdomen with a broad<br />
vitta each side of same pubescence, denser on inner side. Legs piceous to dark<br />
reddish-brown, gray-yellow or dull fulvous pubescent. Antennae piceous to dark<br />
reddish-brown, grayish-yellow p\lbescent, a small macula on apex of scape, the<br />
apical dorsal two-thirds of third, most of fourth, and a slender line on dorsal side<br />
of fifth segments dark brown pubescent.<br />
Head a.bove finely, shallowly punctate; a median impressed line from occiput<br />
to near epistorna; front feebly narrowed between eyes, surface finely, densely<br />
punctate; genae elongate, slightly pubescent, finely, densely punctate; lower lobe<br />
of eye oblong, about one-fifth longer than genae; antennal tuberclos well<br />
separated, prominent, feebly and very robustly produced at apex. Fronotum<br />
transversej sides straight, oblique, base about one-third wider than apex, a basal<br />
and an apical transverse sulcus, basal oblique laterally; disk with five tubercles, one<br />
median nearer base, elongate, two either side of middle, well elevated, broad,<br />
extreme lateral ones elongat. Scutellum transverse; sides straight, oblique; apex<br />
truncate, feebly notched medially. Elytra with sides nearly straight, moderately<br />
attenuate to apiCC8 which are separately rounded; base of each elytron at middle<br />
with a broad, arcuate, feebly elevated gibbosity, entire base to behind middle feebly<br />
rugose, and with coarse, deep punctures which are well-separated, thence to apices
