Elytra basally with punctures well spaced, distinct, sides with<br />

a broad, grayish-fulvous vitta from humerus to near apex, attenuate<br />

posteriorly ; humeri not tuberculate; metatibiae and metafemora<br />

distinctly annulate; procoxae in male with a distinct, robust<br />

tubercle ; antennae with seape capitate, robust, third segment robust,<br />

only very slightly longer than first ; abdomen medially<br />

sparsely brown pubescent.<br />

':IALE. Elongate-ovate, robust, subcylindrical, elytra convo:-.: ; black or piceous;<br />

head gray-fulvous pubesccnt with four vittac of clark brown-one either side of<br />

middle, widest at ba!>e and converging between antennal tubercles, and tl. DIlrrow<br />

one posterior to lower lobe of each eye slightly oblique ; front and gentle nearly<br />

entirely dark brown p\lbescent; pronotum gray-fulvous pubescent, basally at middle<br />

with a BDall, more or less elongate-ovate Illflcula and either side of tbis a short<br />

vitta only attaining middle, both dark brown, remainder of diak more or less<br />

mottled with smnll, confluent, rounded, dark brown maClllae. Scutellum grayfulvous<br />

pubescent, with a dark brown vitta about one-third its width nt middle<br />

not attaining apex. Elytra gr!ly-fulyous pubescent on 00>'31 fifth and along lateral<br />

margin, here becoming attenuate posteriorly, nfter middle broken into m all maculae<br />

to apex, rem[l.inder of elytra dark brown pubescent mott.]ed rather finely with<br />

grny-fulvous, this marc noticeable apic.111y. Body beneath with sterna dark<br />

reddish-brown, broadly gray-fulvous pubesccnt at sides, at middle narrowly gray<br />

puue.'jccnt ; abdomen piceous, wit,h a broad, gmyish-fulvolli vitt.a laterally of about<br />

equal width on all e:-.:cept fifth sternite, where it is oilly a small macuh, middle<br />

gbbrou.'l, shiniug, with only a few scattered, gray hairs. Legs piceous, clothed with<br />

dark brown pubeEcence on sides and above, beneath gray pubescent; femora with<br />

three bands of gray-fu!vous, one basal, one near middle. and one at [l.J1ex; on<br />
