All standards here to be analysed contain comprehensive rules in particular on
the pre-contractual stage of contract making. This might easily be explained by
the fact that those persons who enter into negotiations with the service provider
give up their autonomy both de facto and de jure, partly or even completely.
Therefore contract making is a relatively delicate issue which requires skills in
which one should be trained and a number of precaution measures in order to
respect human dignity.
