Insurance Requirements: General Provisions governing the Contract, including insurance coverage the
Consultant and its Subconsultants are required to provide, are set forth in Appendix A. Appendix A is included
as an Exhibit to the Contract. Insurance Requirements are set forth in Article 7 of Appendix A.
Multiplier: The Multiplier for Overhead and Profit set forth below shall be used ONLY as set forth in Article
7.3.10. As indicated therein, such multiplier shall be used to calculate an All Inclusive Hourly Rate for any
additional required title(s).
