Insurance Requirements: General Provisions governing the Contract, including insurance coverage the<br />

Consultant <strong>and</strong> its Subconsultants are required to provide, are set <strong>for</strong>th in Appendix A. Appendix A is included<br />

as an Exhibit to the Contract. Insurance Requirements are set <strong>for</strong>th in Article 7 of Appendix A.<br />

Multiplier: The Multiplier <strong>for</strong> Overhead <strong>and</strong> Profit set <strong>for</strong>th below shall be used ONLY as set <strong>for</strong>th in Article<br />

7.3.10. As indicated therein, such multiplier shall be used to calculate an All Inclusive Hourly Rate <strong>for</strong> any<br />

additional required title(s).<br />

DBE Utilization: For any project that is receiving federal funding, the Consultant is required to use its best<br />
