The latency over Europe does not exceed 4 hours (the major part with an age inferior than 2 hours), but the<br />

longest latency appears in new zones like South of Africa and areas near Iran. In this scenario, the maximum<br />

data latency value has increased to 7.6878 hours instead of 6.3 hours obtained for the routine scenario.<br />
