<strong>The</strong> College of Liberal Arts and Jackson College have a<br />
coordin<strong>at</strong>e rel<strong>at</strong>ionship and together offer courses of study<br />
leading to the degrees of bachelor of arts and bachelor of<br />
science. From the student’s point of view the two colleges<br />
are coeduc<strong>at</strong>ional and indistinguishable. All references to<br />
the College of Liberal Arts in this bulletin are to these two<br />
combined colleges.<br />
School of Engineering<br />
<strong>The</strong> School of Engineering offers undergradu<strong>at</strong>e and gradu<strong>at</strong>e<br />
degrees in several areas of engineering and computer<br />
science. <strong>The</strong> school offers courses leading to degrees of<br />
bachelor of science, master of science, master of engineering,<br />
master of science in engineering management, and<br />
doctor of philosophy. <strong>The</strong>re are also combined programs<br />
with the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of<br />
Medicine, the School of Dental Medicine, the Fletcher<br />
School of Law and Diplomacy, and the Gordon Institute.<br />
Gradu<strong>at</strong>e School of Arts and Sciences<br />
<strong>The</strong> Gradu<strong>at</strong>e School of Arts and Sciences offers programs<br />
of study leading to the degrees of master of arts, master of<br />
science, master of fine arts, master of arts in teaching,<br />
master of public policy, educ<strong>at</strong>ional specialist, doctor of<br />
philosophy, and doctor of occup<strong>at</strong>ional therapy.<br />
College of Special Studies<br />
<strong>The</strong> College of Special Studies, in conjunction with the<br />
School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, offers courses<br />
of study leading to the degree of bachelor of fine arts. <strong>The</strong><br />
college also offers continuing educ<strong>at</strong>ion programs in liberal<br />
arts and engineering fields through the Office of Gradu<strong>at</strong>e<br />
