This would have a knock on effect for the general public and their ability to access outdoor sports facilities in the Borough. Given the relatively low number of sites in the Borough which are classified as sites for outdoor sports and recreation, it is considered that their total loss is unlikely. The reduction in the quality of individual sites is possible. Improvements are likely to depend on the availability of funding.
