Given the objectives of the Surrey County Council Rights of Way Plan, the improvements proposed by the county council over the plan period to improve cycle and pedestrian facilities in the Borough, and the climate change objectives driving the Surrey Transport Plan however, this is seen as a low risk over the plan period. Community transport Existing provision 6.119 A number of community transport schemes operate in the Borough. Runnymede Borough Council is the biggest provider of community transport and provides the ‘Runnymede Community Transport Service’.
