SHRP 2 L11: Final Report IMPACT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES Chapter 6 discussed the potential impact and application of several innovative technologies on improving travel-time reliability. This section provides a summary of different areas related to reliability where new technologies are emerging. Table 7.3 shows how different the future (2030) can be when compared to today if the implementation roadmap and steps presented in this chapter are followed by agencies and involved stakeholders.
