For many people, online shopping cannot replace the personal face-to-face<br />
interaction. I personally like to touch and feel the material of the merchand<strong>is</strong>e I w<strong>is</strong>h<br />
to purchase. For th<strong>is</strong> purpose, the personal ass<strong>is</strong>tance service can be very useful. At<br />
the agreed time, my ass<strong>is</strong>tant waits for me at the entrance. He accompanies me<br />
through the departments, helps gathering the materials and ass<strong>is</strong>ts me at the cash<br />
reg<strong>is</strong>ter when I’m paying. At the end, the merchand<strong>is</strong>e <strong>is</strong> delivered to my home.<br />
I wanted to build a box for storing goods, which at the same time works as a seat and<br />
features a hinged cover. In order to move it around easily and to make sure that it <strong>is</strong><br />
not in the way when I want to clean, it should also have wheels. I am happy that I<br />
have th<strong>is</strong> opportunity and if I also get help, putting it together <strong>is</strong> a wonderful<br />
experience.<br />

In total the demand <strong>is</strong> not huge, we were also not planning with an overwhelming<br />
demand as a result of th<strong>is</strong> activity, that's why it's a <strong>CSR</strong> activity and it's not a profit<br />
driving activity. Obviously the first step <strong>is</strong> to gain the trust of those people that it's<br />
really working.<br />
<strong>CSR</strong> <strong>is</strong> important for all the companies I think in Hungary. That's an expectation of<br />
the customers. I think it's an expectation of the employees and the suppliers, so we<br />
have to demonstrate our responsibility to those people. And actually if there <strong>is</strong> a need<br />
and we have the resources then with a very small effort we can organize the needed<br />
help in those places.<br />

It <strong>is</strong> important for us that the employees of these companies real<strong>is</strong>e that the<br />
cooperation, planning and real<strong>is</strong>ation of projects with v<strong>is</strong>ually impaired people <strong>is</strong><br />
identical to the one with healthy people. It <strong>is</strong> an important step for the social<br />
integration, because they may later meet v<strong>is</strong>ually impaired persons on the street.<br />
