The competition of the Federal Ministry for Labour and Welfare and the "Initiative for
employment" is recognising companies in all industries, of all sizes and legal forms,
which show an exemplary and trend-setting effort in the field of employment.
Companies shaping employment jointly or in cooperation with institutions are also
eligible to apply for the award.

Business in the Community's Awards for Excellence identify those companies that
