IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Co-operative Credit Societies Law, 1914, and otherwise,
and with the advice of the Executive Council, His
Excellency the High Commissioner is pleased to ordfer
and it is hereby ordered that from and after the date
of this order there shall be remitted the stamp duties
and fees With which, under any law for the time being
in fgrce, instruments executed by or on behalf of the
"Akanthou Co-operative Credit Society" or by any
officer or member and relating to the business of the
said Society are chargeable.
Given under the hand and official seal of the
High Commissioner at Nicosia, this 19th day
of March, 1925.
