A LAW enacted by His Excellency the High Commissioner
and Commander-in-Chief of the Island of Cyprus,
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof,
To APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL SUM NOT EXCEEDING
ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY
POUNDS

TO THE SERVICE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF

WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision for certain
expenses of the Government of Cyprus, which are
not already lawfully provided for or shall not hereafter be
provided for by ^ny Law.
BE it therefore enacted by His Excellency the High
Commissioner and Commander-in-Chief of the Island of
Cyprus, with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Council thereof, as follows :^—
1. This Law may be cited as the Surplus Balance short title.
Appropriation, No. 2, Law, 1925.
2. There shall be issued and applied during the period o^ Appropriatwelve
months ending the thirty-first day of December, fi^seofor
1925, to the service mentioned hereunder an additional *weiv©
sum not exceeding the sum of eleven thousand three Sng'sist
hundred and sixty pounds for defraying the service ^®°-' ^^^5.
herein declared. The said amount shall be appropriated
as follows :—

Passed in Council the twenty-seventh day of April, in
the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred arid
fewenty-five.

and Commander-in-Chief of the Island of. Cyprus,
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof, as follows :—
1. This Law may be cited as the Agricultural Bank short title.
(Amendment) Law, 1925, and shall be read as one with
the Agricultural Bank Law, 1890, (hereinafter referred to
SUPPLEMENT TO THE CYPRUS GAZETTE No. 1690 of the 30th April, 19^5.
