"VTOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions
11 of section 2 of the Forest Law, 1889, all plantations
and trees stated to belong to Hj. Hafuz Ziayi Eff.
(Mufti of Cyprus) and situated within the limits of
Aghirda village, Kyrenia District, are placed under
the protection, control and management of the Government
for a further period of five years as from the
17th June, 1925.

TENDERS FOR THE DIKELLIA PRISON.
TENDERS are hereby invited for the supply of
articles required for use in the Dikellia Prison,
to be delivered at that Prison, for six months commencing
from the 1st July, 1925.
2. All tenders should be sealed, and should be
addressed to the President of the Tender Board, the
OflBce of the Treasurer, Nicosia.

3. Tenders should either be deposited in the Tender
Box outside the Ofl&ce of the Treasurer, or be sent
through the post. Postage on any tender sent through
the post must be prepaid ; otherwise, deUvery of the
same will not be accepted,
4. Tenders should be marked " Tender for Dikellia
Prison," in the left hand top corner of the envelope,
and should reach the OflBce of the Treasurer not later
than 11 a.m. on the 25th June, 1925.
5. No tender will be considered unless in respect of
it all the conditions above laid down have been strictly
fulfilled.
6. The tenderer shall be prepared to accept the
prices tendered by him. The tender becomes binding
and must be carried into effect upon being accepted by
the Chief Commandant of Police and Inspector of
Prisons.
7. All details regarding the articles to be suppUed
can be obtained from the Local Commandant of Pohce,
Larnaca.
8. Before the acceptance of any tender, the tenderer
may be required to deposit samples with the Tender
Board.
9. The Government does not bind itself to accept
the lowest or any tender.
