ORDER OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE HIGH COMMISSIONER IN COUNCIL.—No. 1,036.

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the British Nationality and Status of Aliens (Fees) Law, 1924,
and with the advice of the Executive Council, His Excellency the High Commissioner is pleased to make
the following Regulations : —
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Naturalization Regulations, 1925.
(2) The following fees shall be taken in respect of matters connected with registrations authorized to be
made under the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Acts, 1914 to 1922.
TABLE OF FEES.
The matter in which the fee may be taken.
The grant of a certificate of naturalization to a woman who was a British subject previously
to her marriage to an alien, and the registration of the certificate and the oath
of allegiance in respect thereof .
The grant of a certificate of naturalization in other cases, and the registration of the
certificate and the oath of allegiance in respect thereof ...
Taking a declaration of allegiance or of retention or resumption of British nationality ...
Administering the oath of allegiance
The registration of a declaration of allegiance or of retention or resumption of British
nationality
Certified copy of any declaration or certificate with or without oath
The amount of
the fee
Of the fee of £10 payable in respect of the grant of a certificate of naturalization, £1 shall be payable on
the submission of the application for a certificate, and shall in no circumstances be returned ; and the remaining
£9 shall be payable on the receipt of the decision to grant a certificate.

hereby amended by the transfer of the following
villages that is to say Gastria, Patriki, Avgolidha,
Kridhia, Ovgoros, Komi Kebir, Davlos, Ayios
Evstathios, Livadhia, Ayios Theodoios now located
in Judicial Division No. 2 (Lefkoniko) to Judicial
Division No. 1 (Yialousa).
