IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the British Nationality and Status of Aliens (Fees) Law, 1924,<br />

and with the advice of the Executive Council, His Excellency the High Commissioner is pleased to make<br />

the following Regulations : —<br />

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Naturalization Regulations, <strong>1925.</strong><br />

(2) The following fees shall be taken in respect of matters connected with registrations authorized to be<br />

made under the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Acts, 1914 to 1922.<br />

TABLE OF FEES.<br />

The matter in which the fee may be taken.<br />

The grant of a certificate of naturalization to a woman who was a British subject previously<br />

to her marriage to an alien, and the registration of the certificate and the oath<br />

of allegiance in respect thereof .<br />

The grant of a certificate of naturalization in other cases, and the registration of the<br />

certificate and the oath of allegiance in respect thereof ...<br />

Taking a declaration of allegiance or of retention or resumption of British nationality ...<br />

Administering the oath of allegiance<br />

The registration of a declaration of allegiance or of retention or resumption of British<br />

nationality<br />

Certified copy of any declaration or certificate with or without oath<br />

The amount of<br />

the fee<br />

Of the fee of £10 payable in respect of the grant of a certificate of naturalization, £1 shall be payable on<br />

the submission of the application for a certificate, and shall in no circumstances be returned ; and the remaining<br />

£9 shall be payable on the receipt of the decision to grant a certificate.<br />

hereby amended by the transfer of the following<br />

villages that is to say Gastria, Patriki, Avgolidha,<br />

Kridhia, Ovgoros, Komi Kebir, Davlos, Ayios<br />

Evstathios, Livadhia, Ayios Theodoios now located<br />

in Judicial Division No. 2 (Lefkoniko) to Judicial<br />

Division No. 1 (Yialousa).<br />

Given under the hand and official seal of the<br />

High Commissioner at Nicosia, this 22nd<br />

day of January, <strong>1925.</strong><br />
