that from and after the 23rd day of May, 1925,
the said Acts shall apply in the case of Finland
under and in accordance with the said Treaty
of the 30th May, 1924.
Provided always that the operation of the
said Acts shall be and remain suspended within
the Dominion of Canada so long as an Act of the
Parhament of Canada, being Part I. of Chapter
155 of the revised Statutes of Canada, 1906, and
entilled " An Act respecting the Extradition of
Fugitive Criminals/' shall continue in force there,
and no longer.
Provided further that the operation of the
said Acts shall be and remain suspended within the
self-governing Dominions hereinafter named, that
is to say, the Commonwealth of Austraha (including
for this purpose Papua and Norfolk Island), the
Dominion of New Zealand, the Union of South
Africa, the Lish Free State and Newfoundland,
and India, until notifications shall have been made
in the London Gazette that the Treaty has been
made apphcable thereto, and that on such
notification being made in respect of any such
Dominion or India the said Acts shall apply in
such Dominion or India in the case of Finland
under and in accordance with the said Treaty
as from the date of the said notification.
This Order may be cited as the " Finland
(Extradition) Order in Council, 1925."

to whom these Presents shall come. Greeting!
WHEREAS by Warrant under Our Royal-Sign
Manual dated the ninth day of June one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-one We were
graciously pleased to make ordain and establish
Rules and Ordinances for the government of The
Colonial Auxihary Forces Officers' Decoration
reserving to Ourself Our Heirs and Successors full ,
power of annulhng altering abrogating augmenting
interpreting or dispensing with those regulations
•or any part thereof by a notification under Our
Royal Sign Manual:
AND WHEREAS WE are desirous that those
upon whom the said Decoration has been or may
be conferred shall be entitled to the addition after
their names of the letters V.D. :
Now THEREFORE WE do by these Presents
for Us Our Heirs and Successors make ordain
and establish the following additional Rule and
Ordinance :
It is ordained that the Colonial Auxihary Forces
Officers'Decoration shall not qonfer any individual
precedence but shall entitle tee recipient to the
Addition after his name of the letters V.D,
Given at Our Court at Saint James's this
ninth day of May one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-five in the sixteenth
year of Our Reign.
