THE Eight Honourable the Secretary of State for
the Colonies has intimated that His Majesty will
not be advised to exercise his power of disallowance
with regard to the following Laws enacted by the
Legislative Council of Cyprus :—
No. 6 of 1925.—To amend the Game and Wild Birds
Law. (M.P. 1000/22.)
No. 7 of 1925.—To make provision for the Protection
of Charities. (M.P. 499/25.)

publication for general information of the following
draft bill which will be introduced into the
Legislative Council, and it is published accordingly
in a Supplement to this Gazette :

Secretary's 'Office, is granted vacation leave from
27th April to 26tll July, 1925, and leave of absence

is granted vacation leave from 27 th April to 26 th

THE FOREST LAW, 1889.
WTTH reference to Notification No. 194 published
in the Cyprus Gazette No. 1570 of the 13th
April, 1923, notice is hereby given that the plantation
and trees, stated to belong to the See of Kitium and
situated at Ayios Athanassios, Limassol District, ceased
to be under the protection, control and management of
the Government of Cyprus as from the 8th. March,.
1925.
