Districts.
8. Before the acceptance of any tender, the tenderer
may be required to deposit samples with the Tender
Board.
9. The Government does not bind itself to accept
the lowest or any tender.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, NICOSIA.
TENDERS are hereby invited for the supply of
Provender for the 12. months ending the 30th
June, 1926, as per List VII., to be obtained at the
P.W.D, Office.
2. All tenders should be sealed, and should be
addressed to the President of the Tender Board, the
Office of the Treasurer, Nicosia.
3. Tenders should either be deposited in the Tender
Box outside the Office of the Treasurer, or be sent
through the pest. Postage on any tender sent through
the post must be prepaid ; otherwise, delivery of the
same will not be accepted.
4. Tenders should be marked " Tender for Provender,
Nicosia," in the left hand top corner of the envelope,
and should reach the Office of the Treasurer, not later
than 11 a.m. on the 15th June, 1925.
