1, Tenders for any of the foregoing Mail Sections to be worked bj| Motor Transport are invited.
2, AU Sections worked by Vehicles are subject to conditions which may be obtained from thfr
Island Postmaster. The description, and class of vehicle (which must be hcensed) desired to be em»
ployed and number of passengers to be conveyed therein must be explicitly mentioned in the Tenders.
3, Details of the Service s can be seen at the District Office under which it is shown above.
The Mail Muleteers and Drivers will be required to call at the villages, stations and estabhshed
Post Offices as shown in each Section.
4, In the Tenders it must be stated the sum per mensem or per annum the Contractor
or Contractors are prepared to undertake one or more of the Sections.
5, Any Special Mails required in addition to the above mentioned Mails on aU Sections wiU be
paid for at the rate for ordinary Mails irrespective of the number of ]i)ag8 constituting the Mail.
6, All Tenders must be made on jthe form provided for that purpose and which may be obtained
at all District Post Offices and the Principal Village Post Offices. Npt more than one Section must
be tendered for on each form.

the same will not be accepted.

10, The Government does not engage to accept the lowest tender, jor even to accept any tender.
