1, Tenders for any of the foregoing Mail Sections to be worked bj| Motor Transport are invited.<br />

2, AU Sections worked by Vehicles are subject to conditions which may be obtained from thfr<br />

Island Postmaster. The description, and class of vehicle (which must be hcensed) desired to be em»<br />

ployed and number of passengers to be conveyed therein must be explicitly mentioned in the Tenders.<br />

3, Details of the Service s can be seen at the District Office under which it is shown above.<br />

The Mail Muleteers and Drivers will be required to call at the villages, stations and estabhshed<br />

Post Offices as shown in each Section.<br />

4, In the Tenders it must be stated the sum per mensem or per annum the Contractor<br />

or Contractors are prepared to undertake one or more of the Sections.<br />

5, Any Special Mails required in addition to the above mentioned Mails on aU Sections wiU be<br />

paid for at the rate for ordinary Mails irrespective of the number of ]i)ag8 constituting the Mail.<br />

6, All Tenders must be made on jthe form provided for that purpose and which may be obtained<br />

at all District Post Offices and the Principal Village Post Offices. Npt more than one Section must<br />

be tendered for on each form.<br />

10, The Government does not engage to accept the lowest tender, jor even to accept any tender.<br />
