UNDER the power vested in him by His Majesty's
Order in Council dated the 6th July, 1907, His
Excellency the High Commissioner has been pleased to
appoint Lieut.-Colonel Albert Ernest Gallagher, D.S.O.,
Chief Commandant of Police and Inspector of Prisons,
to be provisionally a Member of the Ijegislative Council
of Cyprus during the absence of Mr. Henry Simms,
M.V.O., Director of Public Works.
