TENDERS FOR DRAUGHT ANIMALS.<br />

ENDERS are hereby invited for the hire of pairs of Oxen or Males from 1st October, 1925 to Slst March,.<br />

1926, for use with Road. Rollers or other Road Work on all Government Roads except those in Limassol<br />

and Paphos Districts.<br />

2. All Tenders should be sealed, and should be addressed to the President of the Tender Board, the<br />

Office of the Treasurer, Nicosia.<br />

S. Tenders should either bedeposited in the Tender Box outside the OflBce of the Treasurer or be sent<br />

through the post. Postage on any tender sent through the Post must be prepaid, otherwise delivery of the<br />

same will not he accepted.<br />

4. Tenders should be marked "Tender for Draught Animals," in the left hand top corner of the envelope<br />

and should reach the Oflftce of the Treasurer not later than 11 a.m. on the 1st September, <strong>1925.</strong><br />

5. No Tender will be considered unless in respect of it all the conditions above laid down have been<br />

strictly fulfilled.<br />

6. All details regarding the animals to be supplied can be obtained from the Office of the Director of<br />

Public Works, and a list of Roads on which they will be required.<br />

7. This tender becomes binding and must be carried into effect upon being accepted by the Director<br />

i)f Public Works,<br />

8. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.<br />
