therefor. Such receipt shall, as soon as may<br />

be, be delivered to the Village Judge, and<br />

the Village Judge shall, on the request of<br />

the Mukhtar, furnish him with a certificate<br />

in the Form F. in the First Schedule hereto<br />

stating that the amount has been so paid in.<br />

14. All monies paid into Court in the<br />

manner specified in the preceding rule shall<br />

be dealt with by the Village Judge in the<br />

.same way as in the case of fines and Court<br />

deposits in criminal cases,<br />

15. Every summons under the provisions<br />

of section 12 (2) of the Law shall be signed<br />

by the Village Judge and may be as in the<br />

Form G. in the First Schedule hereto, and<br />

service of such summons shall be effected<br />

in the same way as iu the case of a summons<br />

in a criminal matter.<br />

16. Every order made under the provisions<br />

of section 13 of the Law may be as in the<br />

Form H, in the First Schedule hereto, and<br />

shall contain a direction to the Mukhtar<br />

to return the order to the Court by which<br />

the same was made as soon as he has carried<br />

out the direction of the Court so far as he<br />

has been able so to do, and to endorse thereon<br />

a statement of what he has done under such<br />

order. The order so returned to the Court<br />

shall be filed,<br />

17. Every judgment, or order and any<br />

document issuing out of the Court in any<br />

proceeding under the Law shall be entitled<br />

in the same way as the petition is required<br />

by these rules to be entitled.<br />

18. The fees specified in column 2 of the<br />

Second Schedule hereto shall be chargeable<br />

in respect of the proceedings specified, in<br />

•column 1 of the said Schedule.<br />

All such fees shall be taken in stamps,<br />

aud shall be disposed of as stated in column 3<br />

of the said Schedule.<br />

Save as expressly provided for in these<br />

Eules no fees shall be chargeable in respect<br />

of any order, direction or application under<br />

the Law other than the matters specified<br />

in the second Schedule.<br />

19. Every Village Judge shall furnish<br />

to any person applying to him a copy of<br />

any petition, notice, order or judgment on<br />

payment of the fees prescribed in the Second<br />

Schedule hereto, and shall further furnish<br />

to any person applying to him a copy of the<br />

notes of any evidence taken on the hearing<br />

of any petition before such Village Judge<br />

or of the list of tax-payers attached to any<br />

petition, and shall be entitled, notwithstanding<br />

the foregoing rule as to fees, to<br />

charge and receive for every such copy<br />

such fees as are chargeable and receivable<br />

by him by virtue of Eule 82 of the Village<br />

Judge Eules, 1909, in a civil action.<br />

20. The following Eules of the Village<br />

Judge Eules, 1909, are hereby repealed :—<br />

Eule 5, Eule 9 paragraph 3, Eule 10<br />

paragraph 2, Eule 12 paragraph 2, Eule 24<br />

paragraph 3, Eule 86.<br />

IN <strong>THE</strong> MATTER OF The Mahcious Injury to Property Laws, 1923 and <strong>1925.</strong><br />

I, the above-named<br />

hereby petition the Village Judge Court of to issue<br />

an order directing each of the under-mentioned tax-paying inhabitants of the<br />

village of mentioned in the list attached hereto to<br />

pay the sum of being the amount allocated to them in a Ust<br />

posted in the above-mentioned viUage on the day of<br />

19 , as payable as compensation to m3 for malicious injury done by persons<br />

unknown on the day ot 19 to my<br />

property hcreinfter described in manner hereinafter mentioned, that is to say :—<br />

Nature of injury<br />

and I further petition that the said under-mentioned inhabitants be ordered<br />

to pay all costs, charges and expenses in connection with this petition and<br />
