therefor. Such receipt shall, as soon as may
be, be delivered to the Village Judge, and
the Village Judge shall, on the request of
the Mukhtar, furnish him with a certificate
in the Form F. in the First Schedule hereto
stating that the amount has been so paid in.
14. All monies paid into Court in the
manner specified in the preceding rule shall
be dealt with by the Village Judge in the
.same way as in the case of fines and Court
deposits in criminal cases,
15. Every summons under the provisions
of section 12 (2) of the Law shall be signed
by the Village Judge and may be as in the
Form G. in the First Schedule hereto, and
service of such summons shall be effected
in the same way as iu the case of a summons
in a criminal matter.
16. Every order made under the provisions
of section 13 of the Law may be as in the
Form H, in the First Schedule hereto, and
shall contain a direction to the Mukhtar
to return the order to the Court by which
the same was made as soon as he has carried
out the direction of the Court so far as he
has been able so to do, and to endorse thereon
a statement of what he has done under such
order. The order so returned to the Court
shall be filed,
17. Every judgment, or order and any
document issuing out of the Court in any
proceeding under the Law shall be entitled
in the same way as the petition is required
by these rules to be entitled.
18. The fees specified in column 2 of the
Second Schedule hereto shall be chargeable
in respect of the proceedings specified, in
•column 1 of the said Schedule.

All such fees shall be taken in stamps,
aud shall be disposed of as stated in column 3
of the said Schedule.
Save as expressly provided for in these
Eules no fees shall be chargeable in respect
of any order, direction or application under
the Law other than the matters specified
in the second Schedule.
19. Every Village Judge shall furnish
to any person applying to him a copy of
any petition, notice, order or judgment on
payment of the fees prescribed in the Second
Schedule hereto, and shall further furnish
to any person applying to him a copy of the
notes of any evidence taken on the hearing
of any petition before such Village Judge
or of the list of tax-payers attached to any
petition, and shall be entitled, notwithstanding
the foregoing rule as to fees, to
charge and receive for every such copy
such fees as are chargeable and receivable
by him by virtue of Eule 82 of the Village
Judge Eules, 1909, in a civil action.
20. The following Eules of the Village
Judge Eules, 1909, are hereby repealed :—
Eule 5, Eule 9 paragraph 3, Eule 10
paragraph 2, Eule 12 paragraph 2, Eule 24
paragraph 3, Eule 86.

an order directing each of the under-mentioned tax-paying inhabitants of the
