TENDERS FOR THE DIKELLIA PRISON.
TENDERS are hereby invited for the supply of
articles required for use in the DikeUia Prison,
to be delivered at that Prison, for one year commencing
from the 1st Januarv, 1926.
2. All tenders should be sealed, and should be
addressed to the President of the Tender Board, the
Office of the Treasurer, Nicosia,
3. Tenders should either be deposited in the Tender
Box outside the Office of the Treasurer, or be sent
through the post. Postage on any tender sent through
the post must be prepaid; otherwise,-delivery of the
same will not be accepted, , ...
4. Tenders should be marked " Tender for DikeUia
Prison," in the left hand top corner of the envelope,
and should reach the Office of the Treasurer not later
than 11 a.m. on the 2nd December, 1925,
5. No tender will be considered unless in respect of
it all the conditions above laid down have been strictly
fulfilled,
6. The tenderer shall be prepared to accept the
prices tendered by him. The tender becomes binding
and must be carried into effect upon being accepted by
the Chief Commandant of Police and Inspector of
Prisons.
7. All details regarding the articles to be supplied
can be obtained from the Local Commandant of Police,
Larnaca.
^•i. Before the acceptance of any tender, the tenderer
m5,y be required to deposit samples with the Tender
Board.
