6. Notice of any proceedings under the Law,
save at the suit of the Attomey-General, shall
be given to the Attomey-General, and the Court
may refuse to allow any proceedings, which may
have been commenced without such notice having
been given, to continue until satisfied that
notice has been given in the manner hereinafter
mentioned.
7. The notice shall be in writing signed by
every person by whom it is proposed that proceedings
be instituted or by whom they have been
instituted, and shall state (a) whether or not he
is a trustee or person administering or claiming
to administer or interested in the charity or an
inhabitant of the place or district where the
charity is administered; (6) the nature and
objects of the proceedings.
8. Where the object of the proceedings is the
removal of trustees, their names, descriptions
and residences and the reasons for their proposed
removal shall be stated.
9. The names, descriptions and residences of
the trustees proposed to be appointed shall also
be stated.
10. Where the object of the proposed proceedings
is a new scheme, the notice shall contain information
as to the past administration of the charity
and its results and the nature and provisions of
the proposed scheme.
11. The Scale of Costs shall be the scale in
force in Cyprus in actions and matters where the
value of the subject matter of the action exceeds
£50 but does not exceed £100, and the fees and
the fees of Court shall be the fees payable in an
action in Cyprus where the amount claimed
exceeds £50 but does not exceed £100.
12. Provided that the same fee shall be paid
on a petition as on a writ of summons, and on
any proceedings for which no provision is made
in the Scale of Costs in force in Cyprus the Registrar
may allow such snm as he thinks fit not exceeding
that allowed in England.
13. Provided also that the Court for the purpose
of facilitating the application of anj^ Rules as to
procedure or costs or fees, may construe any
enactment with such verbal alterations not
affecting the substance as may be necessary and
proper to adapt the same to the matter before
the Court.

THE PHARMACY LAW, 1900.
Administering the Government.
IN exercise of the powers vested in him by virtue of
the Pharmacy Law, 1900, His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Government is pleased to
declare tbe under-mentioned articles to be poisons
within the meaning of the said Law :
" Coca, or any preparation or admixture containing
0.1 or more per cent, of coca alkaloids."
Declaration, No. 121, dated the 18th of February,
1925, and published in the Cyprus Gazette of the 20th
of February, 1925, is hereby cancelled.
