IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Wireless Telegraphy Law, 1913, and the Merchant
Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Law, 1922, and otherwise,
and with the advice of the Executive Council,
His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to
make and hereby makes the following Rules :—
1. These Rules may be cited as the Merchant
Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Rules Amendment
Rules, 1925, and shall come into operation on the 1st
day of July, 1925.
2. In paragraphs (ii) and (iii) of Article 14 (2) of
the Merchant Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Rules,
1923, the words "six months' experience" shallbe
substituted for the words "one year's experience."
Given under the hand and official seal of the
Governor at Nicosia, this 24th day of June,
1925.
