IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the<br />

Wireless Telegraphy Law, 1913, and the Merchant<br />

Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Law, 1922, and otherwise,<br />

and with the advice of the Executive Council,<br />

His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to<br />

make and hereby makes the following Rules :—<br />

1. These Rules may be cited as the Merchant<br />

Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Rules Amendment<br />

Rules, 1925, and shall come into operation on the 1st<br />

day of July, <strong>1925.</strong><br />

2. In paragraphs (ii) and (iii) of Article 14 (2) of<br />

the Merchant Shipping (Wireless Telegraphy) Rules,<br />

1923, the words "six months' experience" shallbe<br />

substituted for the words "one year's experience."<br />

Given under the hand and official seal of the<br />

Governor at Nicosia, this 24th day of June,<br />
