September, 1923, notice is hereby given that the
plantations and trees stated to belong to Mr. Selim
Houry and situated within the lands of the Chiftlik
known as " Vlachos " in the Larnaca District will
cease to be under the protection, management and
control of the Government as from the 3 0th August,
1925,

SILIKDAR VAQFS) MANAGEMENT LAW, 1919.
W ith
reference to the Bye-laws of the Nicosia Water
Administration, dated the 23rd of June, 1924,
and published in the Cyprus Gazette of the 4th of July,
1924, it is hereby notified that the rates of fees for the
year 1st July, 1925 to 30th June, 1926 shall be as
follows:—
Water Rate :—^2 for each massoura.
Transfer fees :—at the rate of £2 for each massoura
of water transferred.
Kochan fees :—at the rate of 10/- for each massoura.
