IN exercise of the power and authority vested in him
by section 88 of the Municipal Councils Law, 1882,
and with the advice of the Executive CouncO, His
ExceUency the Officer Administering the Government
has been pleased to order and it is hereby ordered that
the Municipal Council of Kythraea shall be at liberty
to borrow the sum of one hundred pounds (£lOO) at
a rate of interest not exceeding five per centum (5 %)
per annum for the purpose of completing a road from
the Pohce Station of Kythraea to the upper extremity
of the Municipality at Kephalovriso.

WHEREAS by Order of the High Commissioner
dated the 28th day of April, 1906, the incorporation
of The Gypsum and Flour Company Adelphotis
as a Societe Anonyme was sanctioned subject to the
conditions in the Articles or Deed of Association dated
the 10th day of April, 1906,
, AND WHEKEAS by a resolution of the General
Meeting of Shareholders of the said Company dated
the 24th day of January, 1925, the said Articles
or Deed of Association were amended and altered in
various ways.
AND WHEKEAS the said amendments and a,lterations
have been approved by the District Court of Limassol.
NOW, THEKBFORE, His Excellency the Officer Administering
the Government has been pleased to sanction
such amendments and alterations of the said Articles
or Ifeed of Association,,
