MOTOR LORRIES.
IT is hereby notified for general information that
special Licenses to use a motor lorry, the weight of
which including the load exceeds 3 tons, wiU hereafter
be issued under Bye-law No, 19 (4) of the Motor Car
Regulations, 1923, only in the most exceptional cases.
Intending applicants for such licenses should, therefore^
take prior steps to ensure that a license will be granted
before proceeding to import or acquire any new lorry
of the above description or to put in running order
any such lorry already in their possession and out of
use.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE QUARANTINE LAW, 1879,
Governor.
TN exercise of the powers vested in him by the Quarantine Law, IS79, and otherwise. His Excellency
X the Governor is pleased to make the following Regulations :—
1, Quarantine Restrictions shall be observed in respect of the places and diseases set forth in the Schedule
hereto as stated in the Schedule in regard to such places and diseases respectively.
2, Any person who has at any time during the voyage travelled by second or third class or as a deck
passenger will be liable to the restrictions applying to that class irrespective of the class by which he is travellin|^
on arrival at the port of disembarkation,
3, All previous Regulations made in respect of this matter are hereby cancelled, without prejudice to
any matter or thing done or left undone thereunder.
4, These Regulations may be cited as the Quarantine Regulations of 23rd June, 1925,

i\Iedical inspection at port of arrival with disinfection of all
clothing and effects of third class and deck passengers, to be
undergone either at Larnaca, Limassol or Famagusta.
Medical inspection at port of arrival with disinfection of all
clothing and effects of third class and deck passengers, to be
undergone either at Larnaca, Limassol or Famagusta,
Medical inspection at port of arrival. Fourteen days' quarantine
on all second and third class and deck passengers, to be undergone
at Larnaca, exclusive of the time occupied by the voyage with
disinfection of all clothing and effects of first, second and third
class and deck passengers.

and deck passengers.
Medical inspection at port of arrival. Fourteen days' quarantine
on all second and third class and deck passengers, to be undergont
at Larnaca, exclusive of the time occupied by the voyage, vrith
disinfection of all clothing and effects of first, second and third
class and deck passengers.
