ORDER OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL,

WHEREAS in pursuance of the provisions of the
Missionary Educational and Medical (Alien
Regulation) Law, 1922, the persons whose names
appear in the Schedule hereto have applied for permits
under the provisions of the said Law, And whereas
the said persons have severally given an imdertaking
in writing that they undertook to pay all due obedience
and respect to the Government of Cyprus, and while
carefully abstaining from participation in political
affairs, they desired and purposed ex animo to work in
friendly co-operation with the said Government in all
matters in which their influence might properly be

exerted to promote loyalty to the Government of
Cyprus in the minds of their pupils, and to make them

in him by the said Law atid otherwise, and with the
advice of the Executive Council, His Excellency the
Governor is pleased to grant to the persons whose
names appear in the Schedule hereto a permit
respectively to commence or to carry on the work set
down after their respective names.
