regions of orig<strong>in</strong> are also considered, it emerges that there<br />

are barely any differences between <strong>Muslim</strong>s and members of<br />

other religions among Southeast Europeans, Iranians and sub-<br />

Saharan Africans (figure 82). There is a more pronounced tendency<br />

for <strong>in</strong>terviewees with a migrant background from Turkey,<br />

South/Southeast Asia and the Middle East to live <strong>in</strong> ethnically<br />

segregated residential areas. In the case of immigrants from<br />

Central Asia/CIS, this tendency applies to the group of persons<br />

belong<strong>in</strong>g to other religions. In view of the small number of<br />

cases covered for the <strong>Muslim</strong>s belong<strong>in</strong>g to this group, this latter<br />

result should not be over-<strong>in</strong>terpreted, however.<br />
