The yellow triangle marks the point, where the train will begin to slow down in “Block<br />

4”. Since we want to slow down the train within 80 cm beginning from the left border<br />

of the occupancy section, click on the yellow triangle, <strong>and</strong> enter 80 in the Ramp box.<br />

Now press OK <strong>and</strong> repeat the procedure outlined in the section “Running with Interlocking”.<br />

The train should now begin to slow down, when it arrives at the occupancy<br />

section in “Block 4” <strong>and</strong> stop somewhere inside of “Block 4”.<br />

If the train does not stop at the desired location in “Block 4”, then adjust the ramp <strong>and</strong><br />

distance settings accordingly as described above. More information can be also found in<br />

section 5.6, “Blocks <strong>and</strong> Indicators”.<br />

During later practice, when everything is configured completely, we expect a train to<br />

stop about 80 cm behind the beginning of the occupancy section, if 80 cm is specified<br />

as distance for a red triangle. However, this requires installation of an additional sensor<br />

at the point, where trains will stop, (see also section 5.8, “Arranging Indicators <strong>and</strong><br />

Markers in a Block”) or calibration of the speed profile of the locomotive (described in
