New thisyear is the international qual<strong>it</strong>ycompet<strong>it</strong>ion for products incans and jars, which takes accountof the trend to conveniencefood. Participants can enterready-to-eat dishes, such asroulade, goulash, rissoles, stewsand soups, as well as sausagesin cans, jars, tubular bags, trays,etc. Other compet<strong>it</strong>ion highlightsinclude the 2nd InternationalFront Cooking Compet<strong>it</strong>ion andthe International Compet<strong>it</strong>ion forYoung Butchers.
