SUMMARY
Complete), constraint analysis and the workable backlog. The way the game is
played is by having two teams play against each other. Each team consists of 2-3
players. One team simulates a traditional project approach and the other team
simulate a project using lean principles. The project consists of 160 Lego bricks
and both teams are at best able to complete 10 activities per week – the activities
being represented by Lego bricks. Drawings and a 3D model of the house are presented
to the teams as shown in Figure 5. The only difference in the rules is that
the team playing according to traditional building practice only has a 2 week look
ahead window while the other team has a 5 week look ahead window.
