In the first phase the members are given an introduction to the Lean thinking<br />

processes and the link between Lean Production and Lean Construction is outlined.<br />

After going through the topics in the first phase the game is played be<strong>for</strong>e the discussion<br />

continues in the second phase.<br />

The processing of the game is done in the second phase where the relations between<br />

the real world and the game are explored. For instance try to compare the<br />

PPC <strong>for</strong> the two teams and try to discuss to what extend the players made mistakes<br />

in assembling the Lego house.
