Let thy Fatherlye favor so ]3reserve her, and thy Holy Spirite so
governe her harte, that she may in suche sorte execute her office,
that thy religion may be purely mainteyned, manners refourmed,
and synne ponished accordinge to the precise rule of thy holy
Woord.
And for that we he all members of the mystical! body of
Christ Jesus, we make our requestes unto thee, O heavenly
Father, for all suche as are afflicted with any kinde of crosse or
tribulation, as warre, plague, famine, sikenes, povertie, imprisonement,
persecution, banishement, or any other kinde of thy
roddes, whether it be calamitie of bodie, or vexation of mynde,
that it wold please thee to gyve them pacience and constancie.
