Transmission
Transmission projects continue to be accorded a high priority in the context of the need to evacuate power from generating
stations to load centres, system strengthening and creation of National Grid. The construction targets of transmission
projects for the year 2005-06 and the achievements up to Dec.’05 are summarised below:
