finally math and science as school subjects have recently been
emphasized in the basic education. But it is also important to look
deeper into the reason of those skills and knowledge, checked in

industrial revolution during three decades. The first phase started
when people was able to use steam engine in the production of
capital goods. Next wave was electricity and consumption engine,
then it was possibility have smaller units distributed all over the
country and also delivering systems developed so well that it was
possible to start production of consumer goods. Next was ICT. It
implied big change in society again. Now production of services is
great demand. It is obvious that knowledge and special skills are
very essential in this kind of industry.
