2. Holding of the stationary youth festival and seminar on the
distance study (Venue: “The Arctic” school).
Representatives from schools – participants of the project
are directed to the youth festival. The aim of the festival: further
development of the network interaction, exchange of experience,
holding of competitions.
Exchange of experience on organization of the communal
self-administration at “the Arctic” school, competitions on national
kinds of sport. A competition of creative works on indigenous
peoples’ languages, the best works on applied art, children
pictures and the best teaching materials for schools will be held
there. Representative of the Neryungry municipality and public
organizations: nomadic communities, Association of the North
indigenous peoples and others are to be present
Teachers and pupils will undergo courses on the distance
study in the Internet. Representatives of the Ministry of Education,
Institute of Education Development and urther Training of the
RS (Y) will organize and hold the seminar. Among the participants
there are scientists – linguists, supervisors of the IEDT. Teachers
will hold master-classes and open lessons.
3. Distance networking forms:
• International scientific internet-conference on problems
of preservation of national culture. School pupils including those
from “The Arctic” school – diploma holders and winners of the
Republican and All-Russian conferences “Step to the future”
are scheduled to make a speech. During the conference ways
of development of indigenous peoples’ culture and creation of
teaching materials literature there will be under discussion. Works
made in a language of indigenous peoples will be observed as
highly significant.
• Distance forum for children from families contributing
outstanding activists of culture and science of the North, Siberia and
the ar East. The forum will result in launching mini-encyclopedia
“Activists of art and science, outstanding people of my nation”.
